PLASTIC BOILERMAKING AND ASSEMBLY

Our teams produce custom-made plastic boilermaking individually, small and medium series, small and very large dimensions (tanks up to 60m3, paint booths, etc.), simple and complex parts. Overhead cranes of 5 tons and hook height of 10 meters.

This technology includes the following operations:

– Mechanical assembly by inserts, screws

– Assembly by butt welding (plates up to 4000 x 2000mm and tubes up to diameter 630mm) or by extrusion.

– Assembly by traditional bonding and by UV bench

– Cold and hot folding,

– Forming and stamping
