Our workshops are equipped with digital machining centers, digital and traditional lathes for plastic. These machines make it possible to carry out the operations of milling, cutting, trimming, tapping, threading, drilling of plates up to 4000x2000mm thick and formats up to 1000x2000mm, rods and plastic tubes. Simple and complex pieces by unit, small and medium series.

DIMENSIONAL CHARACTERISTICS:

Solid and hollow rods / rods, from 6mm to 450mm Ø, length up to 2000m
Plates (up to 150mm thick and 4000mm x 2000mm) and tubes up to 250mm Ø
Installation of inserts and assembly with custom-made sheet metal parts.

The laser cutting machines allow to engrave and cut plates from 2mm up to 12mm thick and up to 1000 x 2000mm. This technology offers perfect finishes, especially for all acrylics, it is very precise thanks to its fine notch width.

Example of parts: casings, facades, hoods, signage, various industrial components, spacers, pulleys, pinions, guides, filters, rollers, discs, doors, skids, etc.
